Our customers have the option to choose between local delivery and scheduled pick-up when placing their order. Curbside pick-up is available for our customers as a convenient option for obtaining their purchased products. Shipping is available for Rose Frame Boxes only.
Local Delivery:
- All orders must be placed 48hours in advance of delivery date. Rush Orders will be subject to a $20 fee.
- Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed during checkout, based on the destination of your order.
- Happy Gifting Vancouver uses local 3rd party delivery companies for all delivery services.
- Delivery times vary depending on the destination, but we aim to deliver within the selected time frame.
- Happy Gifting Vancouver is not responsible for any shipping delays caused by the shipping carrier.
Scheduled Pick-Up (By Appointment Only):
- Customers opting for pick-up *must arrange* a pick-up time when placing their order.
- Pick-Up Location: 6060 Silver Drive, Burnaby BC.
- Curbside Pick-Up Details:
- There is 30-minute parking available along Silver Drive (Infront of Earls, Dolar Shop, Price Smart)
- When you arrive, please text 604-334-5557 with the make, model, and colour of your vehicle (e.g., Black BMW X5) so we can bring your order out to you.
Shipping via Canada Post:
- Shipping is available for the Rose Frame Box & Rose Bear only.
